NOTE: Presidents-elect registration fee is paid by their District. Districts may charge clubs for the registration fee in their District Dues billing. Presidents-elect registering after the early registration period will be responsible for the added registration fees.

Hotel Registration
Guestrooms and Suites
GLRPELS attendees agree that the use of the Hotel’s guestrooms and suites are for overnight stay, and are not intended for large party gatherings, unless otherwise agreed to in advance by the Hotel and the GLRPELS Executive Committee.
- No registrations will be accepted after 5 pm on March 12, 2026. Exceptions may be made to the policy, but only upon approval of the registrant’s DGE and the GLRPELS Registrar. Registrations accepted after March 12, 2026 will be charged $400.
GLRPELS Registration Fee covers:
- All Meals
- Plenary Sessions with dynamic Keynote Speakers
- Pre-seminar Elective Sessions
- PELS Learning Sessions – Membership, Public Image, and The Rotary Foundation
- Breakout Sessions
- Parking in the Radisson Garage
- Overhead costs for meeting rooms, audio/visual technology, keynote speakers, and expenses related to the learning sessions.
GLRPELS Registration Fee does not cover:
- Hotel accommodations
- Parking at locations other than the Radisson Garage
- Valet Parking
- Meals not on the schedule
- Travel expenses involved with attending PELS.
Hotel Registration
- Your hotel reservation must be made directly with the hotel.
- Discounted room rates are available at the Radisson Plaza Hotel and Suites | Kalamazoo
- You must register for GLRPELS to reserve a room at the Radisson.
- A link to reserve a room at the Radisson will be sent with your conference registrations confirmation.
- All hotel rooms are on a space-available basis, so reserve your room early.

Parking in the Radisson Garage is free for GLRPELS attendees.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
GLRPELS Registration Cancellations
Event Cancellation
- President-elect registrations are billed to the Districts and are not refundable.
- PEs registering after the early registration period will be responsible for the added registration fees.
- All registrations cancelled before January 31, 2026 will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
- Registrations canceled between February 1 -28, 2026 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
- Registrations canceled between March 1 - 11, 2026 will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.
- Another person may be substituted at any time subject to a $50 administrative fee.
- Exceptions may be made to the policy in the event of sudden medical issues or other unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, but only upon approval of the registrant’s DGE and the GLRPELS Registrar.
- The decision of the GLRPELS Registrar to refund registration fees will be made within one week of its receipt.
Event Cancellation
- In the unlikely event that this event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, GLRPELS will work with the Radisson to negotiate refunds subject to established cancellation fees. GLRPELS will refund registration fees (less cancellation fees) but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including, cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other organizations.
- In the unlikely event that this event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, GLRPELS will apply registration fees to the new dates. GLRPELS cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including, cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other organizations.

Attending an Alternate PELS
- Presidents-elect who cannot attend GLRPELS should contact their DGE to make arrangements to attend an alternate PELS.
- Upon approval by the DGE and confirmation of attendance, $200 of the PEs registration fee will be refunded to the district.
