REGISTRATION INFORMATION.

Registration Information

Early Registration – $325
  • December 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027                                
 
Registration – $350
  • February 1, 2027 to February 28, 2027
  • PEs registering after the early registration period will be responsible for the $25 added registration fees.
 
Late Registration – $375
  • March 1, 2027 to March 10, 2027
  • PEs registering after the registration period will be responsible for the $50 added registration fees.
 
NOTE: Member districts of GLRPELS pay the registration fee for club presidents-elect in their District. Districts may charge clubs for the registration fee in their District Dues billing. Presidents-elect registering after the early registration period will be responsible for the added registration fees. Only one president-elect is cover per club - a second president- elect or co-president must pay the fee when registering.. All attendees must register to attend GLRPELS.
GLRPELS Registration closes at 5 pm on March 10, 2027
  •  Registrations accepted after March 10, 2027 will be charged $400.
 
GLRPELS Registration Fee covers:
  • All Meals
  • Plenary Sessions with dynamic Keynote Speakers
  • Pre-seminar Elective Sessions
  • PELS Learning Sessions – Membership, Public Image, and The Rotary Foundation
  • Breakout Sessions
  • Overhead costs for meeting rooms, audio/visual technology, keynote speakers, and expenses related to the learning sessions.
 
GLRPELS Registration Fee does not cover:
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Parking
  • Valet parking
  • Meals not on the schedule
  • Travel expenses

Hotel Room Rates

 Hotel Registration
  • Hotel reservations should be made directly with Radisson Plaza via the link in the GLRPELS registration confirmation email. Great Lakes Rotary PELS attendees must register for GLRPELS before making hotel reservations at the Radisson.
​Standard Guestrooms and Suites 
  • GLRPELS attendees agree that the use of the Hotel’s guestrooms and suites are for overnight stay, and are not intended for large party gatherings, unless otherwise agreed to in advance by the Hotel and the GLRPELS Executive Committee.
Radisson Plaza Room Block | Reservations for a two-night stay 
Arrive on Thursday March 18 and depart on Saturday March 20 
  • GLRPELS has a discounted room block at the Radisson. ​​​
  • You must register for the conference to reserve a room at the Radisson. 
  • After you register for the conference you will receive a link to make your hotel reservation. 
Note: No single-night reservations can be made at the Radisson. If you plan to stay only one night, please make reservations at another hotel in the area.​
Other hotels are available in the greater Kalamazoo Area.

PARKING DURING GLRPELS

Parking in the Radisson Garage is $10 per day for all GLRPELS attendees.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

GLRPELS Registration Cancellation Policy
  • President-elect registrations are billed to the districts and are not refundable.
  • All other GLRPELS participant registrations are refundable less a $50 cancellation fee if canceled before January 31, 2027.
  • Registrations canceled between February 1 -28, 2027 are refundable less a $75 cancellation fee.
  • Under our conference contract with the Radisson, attendee numbers must be confirmed no later than two weeks prior to the event. 
    • No refunds will be issued after March 4, 2027.
  • Another person may be substituted at any time subject to a $50 administrative fee.
  • PEs registering after the early registration period will not receive a refund for the added registration fees.
  • Exceptions may be made to the policy in the event of sudden medical issues or other unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, but only upon approval of the registrant’s DGE and the GLRPELS Registrar.
    • The decision of the GLRPELS Registrar to refund registration fees will be made within one week of its receipt.

Event Cancellation
  • In the unlikely event that this event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, GLRPELS will work with the Radisson to negotiate refunds subject to established cancellation fees. GLRPELS will refund registration fees (less cancellation fees) but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including, cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other organizations.
  • In the unlikely event that this event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, GLRPELS will apply registration fees to the new dates. GLRPELS cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including, cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other organizations.

Attending an Alternate PELS

  • Presidents-elect who cannot attend GLRPELS should contact their DGE to make arrangements to attend an alternate PELS.
  • Upon approval by the DGE and confirmation of attendance, $200 of the PEs registration fee will be refunded to the district.
