District 6540 DGE Tim Gibson
Tim Gibson has been a Rotarian since 1990. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Fort Wayne where he served as Club President 2017-18. A graduate Rotary Leadership Institute, Tim was well prepared for his presidential year. With his leadership the Rotary Club of Fort Wayne earned the Platinum Presidential Citation.
Tim has served his club as a committee chair for Audit and Finance, Vocational Service, World Affairs, Membership, Student Rotarians, RYLA, Special Projects to Club President 2013-14. He also served on the Rotary Clock Tower and Big Feast scholarship dinner sponsorships committees. At the District level, Tim has chaired the World Affairs District 6540 Committee for 7 years, served as an Assistant Governor for 2 years, and as the District Annual Fund Chair. He was a Group Study Exchange Team Leader 2011, leading his team to Bulgaria. Tim is a Paul Harris Society Major Donor Level 2, a Peace Fellowships Benefactor, and Bequest Society Level 4. Tim is also a Red Cross platelets donor 300 level and a Frank Lloyd Wright lecturer. He has been married to Ann 38 years. |
